Cutting Crew

I walked in at 3:45 on a Saturday and they told me they cannot give my son a haircut because they’re closed and I asked when they close they said 4 o’clock I said at it’s 3:45 and they said sorry were closed. Needless to say I will never be back.

Been going to this shop a while now. Karen is the best. she colors, she cuts and
she styles… always happy with her work and get so many compliments on my hair.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place has horrible customer service, is FILTHY, and the stylist Helaina can not cut hair. I took my two children there one afternoon and was told it would be an hour wait. We were also told that another stylist would be coming in to help in one hour. After waiting for over an hour and a half, no one had shown up. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was confronted by a defensive stylist who told me «there are people ahead of you and the other stylist is running late». She did not apologize for the fact that their employees were late and that they drastically underestimate my wait time. After waiting for a total of two hours another stylist finally showed up and it was finally our turn. She started to use a filthy brush filled with Someone else’s hair on one of my son. I asked her to stop and only use a disinfected comb. She rolled her eyes and told me «I disinfect after every cut». Then my other son came by and touched the cape that his brother was wearing. The stylist took it upon herself to yell «don’t do that». I asked her, «what did he do?» She replied, «he touched the cape and I don’t want it to rip». How the heck can a cape rip with a simple touch!!! So rude and unprofessional! 1 min later, the stylist stopped cutting, didn’t say a word to me, and went to the back room. She stayed there for about 5 min. At that point, I had had enough and I left. There are plenty of other places to get your families hair cut. Stay away from this place!!!

Went in again today and even though they were busy and only a few girls were working, they were all pleasant and efficient. Glad I went back. This place has really changed a lot over the past year.

One of the worst haircuts I have had in a long time. The hairdresser seemed annoyed and introduced herself only after she wet my hair. She decided my instructions for simply a trim with long layers meant a completely new look. This included hair in my eyes, uneven in the back and a new summer do my daughter cannot stop complaining about. Now in order to fix I will either have to face the wrath of the stylist or shrug into another salon for them to trim shorter. Think twice before just walking in this shop.
