Fastframe

Easy job.
Wanted Fast Frames to take a hi-​res picture I supplied, blow it up 20×30 and frame it. Simple black boarder under glass.
Problem is, they dont have a printer that can do that. Best the sales guy could do was recommend I go somewhere else and have the print made, then come back for the frame.
I’ve never ran a business before but here is a BRIGHT IDEA. Maybe the the frame shop could have some agreement with the local print shop for bigger jobs. WOW! This is like Burger King selling you a burger but making you go across town for the bun. Im sure there could be a mutually beneficial agreement where the frame shop takes my picture, sends it to the printer with the specs I wanted and charges me accordingly for that service. This way everybody gets a piece, instead of what Im going to do now… just take care of the whole thing online, and probably for a lot cheaper.
How the owner has never made this connection is beyond me. But given the turnaround time in Valley Mall, this shouldnt be a long term issue.
Only positive thing about the experience was that they were open on a Sunday.
