I’d contemplated starting my own business for a long time. When we moved to Gilroy, I was always on the lookout for a good spot with reasonable rent. I looked at one place that was cheap and while there another tenant proceeded to tell me about the homeless guys drinking, neighbors parking in the lot and how many times he’d called the police while there. Yikes.
When I saw Brad’s ad on CL for an office space I shot him an email and he responded right away. We went back and forth and I eventually checked it out. He was the ONLY property manager that answered my questions and made it easy for me to see the place. He has excellent follow-​up.
I did decide to go with his spot and I’m really happy there so far.

We just moved into our new home 10⁄2011 and had a wonderful experience working with Brad. He has wonderful follow through with other Realtors and with bankers and also is very flexible with his schedule. Brad was able to take us through all the steps of buying a home and making it as stress free as possible.

Brad Carlson more than exceeded my expectations as my real estate agent. I inquired to Brad about putting my house up for sale in Feb 09. Brad gave his honest opinion of what of what the house was worth after doing comps and discussing with me what I needed to net after the sale of the house. The house was sold by the first week in April 09. Brad then proceeded to find me my dream house and I was moved in by June 09. What I had thought would be a long process turned out to be a very short painless experience thanks to Brad. Craig C.
