I cant speak of their actual service but i CAN speak of their customer service. The little old Asian lady wouldn’t let my 3 year old use her bathroom and she ended up wetting her pants. She rudely said no and walked away.

1 star just because they exist. The woman who works here (owner?) is rude, rude, rude. Their prices are prohibitive – you can get better customer service for 50% less at the cleaners over by Togo’s.

Terrible service! I took my pants to them 3 times… and they came back with the same stain (which I had to pay for everytime I took them). The last time I took them she said they missed it and would clean it for free… which was not true! I had to pay to get them back with the same stain. It’s coffee and should come out. I honestly don’t think they clean! My clothes come back even more wrinkled and have white residue on them? It wipes off but who wants to clean a «clean» pair of pants? This is my 3rd visit and LAST visit!
