I’ve booked arrangements to Bora Bora, Tuamatu islands, Moorea, Rangiroa, Tahaaa which are Top Destinations. These have been booked with other San Francisco agencies but was impressed with their level of service to the Azores Portugal.
The service was top notch where not only my cousin was using them but we got two other family members to want to use them for their family travel plus ourselves.

We recently went on a vacation planned by Caravelle. The attention to detail is amazing. We went to the British Isles on a 12 day cruise with a pre-​trip to London. We had traveled once before on an Alaskan cruise and noticed the same thing, as a traveler with Caravelle, you do not have to worry about anything — luggage is cared for, meals are planned, excursions are fantastic. Of course there are times when buses don’t show up or airlines are not cooperating but that is when the proprietors shine, they make the next arrangement and we are on our way. I am already excited to see what the trip for next summer will be and can’t wait to travel with Caravelle Travel again !!

I booked a round trip ticket with these people, as a matter of fact my whole family does, but will no longer. Last week my mother had a heart attack that I had to cancel my trip. I asked them if they could credit my ticket for later month, they wouldn’t help me. I called Sata and talked to a manger there, But, the travel agency gave me the run around. I’m not gonna go into much detail, however if any one is wanting to travel I wouldn’t recommend these guys. I should of listened to the Portuguese community when they told me, this company where thief’s and not mention shady, now I know not to do business with them any more.
