Just be very clear in what you want and make sure the local rep is very clear in what they are offering. the local rep quoted one price for one job, not the yearly service. He asked if we wanted the yearly service, we were explicitly clear we didn’t want it… just the one time rodent removal. so we moved forward and made arrangements for them to return, when the rep returned to set the traps he said he wouldn’t move forward without us signing up for the 1-year service. Ugh. We said no thanks, we’ll find someone else. There’s nothing worst than feeling mislead. He wasted his time and ours. I called and spoke with a supervisor at Clark and he explained how it works and handled everything well. Hopefully a case of ‘miscommunication” and not a practice.
