After a while everything blends together in an outlet mall as big as the one at Gilroy. You wonder which loop you’re in and what and who and why and what is the point of existence and it all becomes a daze of bright lights and muzak. Fortunately I had taken a break for a late lunch before I headed into the Coldwater Creek outlet. My job is business casual and their clothes fill my needs perfectly. Contrary to the other review I had a lot of help from the staff, to the point of them digging through the racks to check for other pairs of pants in a size I could fit in. I got a lot of great feedback about which styles work best on what body types and how their sizes tend to run small. Lovely! Outlet prices were really good too. About 60% off the retail on average. Clean, well lit, mellow music and plenty of parking to get lost in. Contrary to many other stores there is plenty of room in the aisle for a wheelchair, stroller or a gaggle of friends to stand around and critique a look. Now where did I leave my car?

Staff here is not half as friendly as the ones in the local malls. Maybe they are too busy being an outlet but they are some snotty/unhelpful ladies. At valley fair they will check on you to see if you need another size. Here I came out in a shirt and needed a smaller one. One of the staff says«that looks nice» I told her I need a size Medium, she gave me a look like so what and walked off. I had to get dressed and go back on the floor to get my size Medium since I didn’t want to leave my purse and everything in my dressing room. I could understand this better if the store was busy but it wasnt.
