I admit I am not much of a factory outlet shopper. The real pros know how to eek out the deals and really come home with the treasures. I was holding back on buying gadgets and kitchen stuff — I do love to cook for groups — Well this place is amazing, the breadth and types of tools is enough to make you need a giant mac tool roll around tool box to store all the individualized items. It is a tour through gadget city, and patterns for every type of place settings, and pots and pans for ever dish you can dream of and many for dishes you have yet to dream of. A real experience to boggle the mind

Noelle’s Unilocal Notebook 2015 I’m a huge fan of Corningware! Instead of using paper plates for our summer parties or family gatherings I purchased a large set of Corningware plates nearly four years ago– with a cornflower blue pattern– very vintage and lovely. There is such a great selection of almost everything here at the Corningware Corelle Revere Factory Store in the Gilroy Outlets. They have a great selection of plates, flatware, cups, mugs, kitchen towels, insulated bags that carry your party dishes, measuring cups and basically everything under the sun you would need for a kitchen or potluck. I noticed they had the liquid measuring cup set that was the exact same as Costco but selling for a few dollars more. Customer service was friendly from start to finish! This is definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at in the Gilroy Outlets. Looking forward to shopping here again in the near future. Noelle’s Notes Excellent customer service by Carrie Fantastic Selection of home goods Love the«new» yet«retro» designs they have in stock Competitive prices on their kitchen items Be sure to sign up for their email list — to ensure savings Senior Discount is on Tuesdays

The staff was incredibly incredibly rude, was my first time at the Gilroy outlet location and I must say, I am NEVER going back to this store and I’ve told all my friends and family never to visit this location. Please take a moment to read and you will understand why I am so upset. I created a Unilocal account just so I can post this review. I wish I can give a ZEROSTAR rating. I came last Labor Day weekend(9÷1÷13) with family and friends, was just browsing the merchandise when a curly-haired female staff(Maria) asked if I needed any hand sanitizer, she said many of her coworkers are sick. I understand her concern because I was blowing my nose and told her not to worry that I am not going to touch any of the products. What I don’t like was her attitude, the way she talked down on me(the hand gesture, etc.) and the accusing tone, like I was the person who got everyone sick. I have only been inside the store for less than 5 minutes when this happened. It was annoying and upsetting, so we all decided to leave because of her unwelcoming and horrible attitude. As we walked out of the door, Maria followed us outside the store and said: «Thank you. Good Bye. Don’t come back.» UNBELIEVABLE! I was totally pissed off, how incredibly rude!!! We came back and I spoke with the manager, but Maria had disappeared(probably hiding in the back of the store), the manger apologized and said he will talk to her. She never came out to apologize to us and the manager never asked her to, either. Personally at that point it made no difference to me, I’ve already decided not to go back to this store anymore. But our complaints were handled rather poorly. I do not recommend anyone to this store, if you decide to go, watch out for the curly-haired female staff called Maria. If she was in a bad mood she should not have taken it out on a customer, there is NO justification to follow customers out of the store and loudly tell them«DON’T COMEBACK.» She has done exactly that, and oh believe me, I am never going back.

I love Corningware! It’s functional and pretty. It’s also very hard to chip and break their product. Store is neat arranged by line and design. I bought a set of enameled storage containers for $ 11. Staff is friendly but unobtrusive.

In this age of crappy Chinese merchandise, it’s nice to know that there are still stores that sell goods that are made in the USA. Corning’s ceramic and glass products are sturdy, durable, and well worth the investment.

I went here last night and the lady helping me was AMAZING!!! She was soooo sweet and even gave me coupons I could use. The store had a ton of stuff and it was clean & easy to find.

Wow! Replacing some broken Corelle pieces that were over 20 years old was no problem and liked the open stock of merchandise. Replaced some Corelle soup bowls and dessert plates and stocked up on a measuring cup and a few kitchen items. The trick is to shop when there is a sale. Got 40% off my 12 pieces of Corelle ware and got on their internet deals. I’d suggest that one really needs to know their Corelle and Pyrex dishes to get the right size replacements and lids. I’ve been here several times and this is the first review for the factory store. May not be all that cheap but the pieces are always available.

In a time when a store should be trying to retain their customers, this store lost one. I came in the other day to return something… I wasn’t sure if they would accept it because it was a while ago that I had received this gift. But I had never used it, and had a receipt and the store still carried the pattern so I thought that I would try. It turns out it was greater than their 90 day limit… anyhow they were just rude about it, and when I left the store they snickered. How rude!

I came in looking for microwave safe soup mugs and ramekins and was able to find them on sale. They were open stock pieces selling at buy 2 get one free. The mugs were quite large and not as portable as my trusty Tupperware but co-workers have been telling me to not use plastics in the microwave for reheating. These large mugs($ 10)come with leak proof caps which can be removed prior to heating. They have an open sprout to vent steam if you decide to leave it on. Family members have broken several of my ramekins($ 5 ea) over the years, they’re great for when you’re chopping up small food items to put aside to add to your food later(chives, green onions, onions, etc.) There’s a large selection of Corelle dishes in a variety of styles(round vs square) and patterns as well as Revere tea kettles and Pyrex bake ware.
