I usually go shopping at a store and expect to be helped or at least acknowledged. I walked and looked around for 15 minutes and nothing. Ive worked retail before and I’m pretty sure the first thing you learn how to do is greet a customer.

Trashy place, boxes all over the floor. No customer service. The managers are lazy, what you would expect from a poorly managed store. Would never go back, and would not recommend to anyone shopping at the outlets …

I only wish this store was bigger. Lots of clearance racks. I am usually in and out with multiple pairs of jeans and shirts and I spend less than $ 60. The racks at the back are full of t-shirts, some as low as $ 5. The jean wall has newer styles from cotton on that are as high as $ 60 but most are less. The store has always had my sizes and there is plenty of styles to choose from. Inexpensive quality. Good for: jeans, hoodies, tees, and shorts.

It’s been a while since I’ve been at the Gilroy outlets. I walked by Cotton On thinking«this is new». And yes, it does feel like an H&M. This store is considered a clearance center, and they have amazing deals! I scored black, biker-ish boots for $ 10! But they are $ 50 online. And they had several racks full of clothing priced from $ 2 – 10. And straw fedora’s for $ 1. BUT, the sizes are vanity sizes! XXS?! Really Cotton On?! The largest size in womens tops were L. I asked an employee what’s the largest size they sell, she said XL(in which I did NOT see any XL’s), but she did mention that their clothing runs larger(hence the vanity comment). I haven’t had the opportunity(yet) to shop at Cotton On’s regular stores, but I’m assuming the clearance center has the best deals.
