Dollar Tree

Great selection of things and if you take the time to search, you can find great treasures. This store is not as organized as others. I had to use the restroom and I was lost for about 10 minutes. There are so many boxes in the back that it’s dangerous. I had to fight my way to the restroom. Advice: shop here, use the bathroom some place else.

This store is a mess!!! It is a fire hazard, open chip bags on the floor, items on the floor, boxes everywhere, even in front of emergency exit. They run out of bags. The poor cashiers do not get any back up. They have too answer the phone while cashiering and long lines, I feel sorry for the employees. This store has BAD MANAGEMENT!!! I could do a better job myself…

What can I say it’s a dollar store and you can find some pretty good deals. Expect to deal with long wait times to check out. While the store is usually clean it can still be very disorganized and cluttered when they are stocking because it is a small store. I prefer the one in Morgan Hill it’s way bigger and has a larger variety of different items. Employees are usually very nice.

a diamond in the rough. after my delightful lunch at nearby Ten Japan, i hoisted my sturdy GAP belt and got to business. those values won’t find themselves! my loot: fried egg gummies, gummy chicken feet, lil’ dippers (chocolate dip with crackers), a unique snow globe, two garden rocks, creamy lemonhead and friends juju flowers candy, a bag of googly eyes, International Delight coffee creamer, chili mango, maple crème cookies, and plastic mason jar mugs.
the fried egg gummies were misleading and greasy. the chicken feet gummies were okay; you wouldn’t think that chicken feet would be fruit flavored. neither chicken themed gummies were chicken flavored. VIDAL should get with Lipton and collaborate on an actually-​flavored chicken gummy.
the snow globe was a real find! it’s probably filled with chemicals but i love it still. it brings a professionalism to my office space that was lacking before. i really think i’m up for a promotion now.
garden rocks — my plants look more robust already. i also feel more lucky.
unfortunately the googly eyes were not the peel and stick variety; you have to use your own tape and/​or glue. did not like.
chili mangoes were fishy and gross, but would buy again for a coworker.
WOW how quickly i ate the maple cream cookies. lil’ dippers, however were hard to eat. the crackers crumbled easily in the stiff chocolate dip.
there’s a scratch on my mason jar, but i still enjoy it for cold beverages like vodka.

oh yeah! two bottles of exclusive parisian cologne for 50¢ really impressed the fellas and ladies over by 1^st and Monterey.

Went to this location for the first time in a while. Since I no longer work in Gilroy, I only go there when I have the time. Visiting the store today reminded me of how much I miss the one in Hollister that burned down in December. h=here’s hoping Hollister can get a new location. While in the Gilroy store today I picked up some items I’d always get when the Hollsiter store was around, stuff I haven’t found elsewhere. I had to get a few for now. As far as the service went today (¹⁄₁₀), the store wasn’t busy at all (only one other customer was in the store), and the cashier was helpful and pleasant.

You can find some treasures in here! Few things I always buy here vs Target…
–foil food cooking /​storage items, save $ 2 – 3 an item!)
–paper/​plastic serving and flatware for parties, they always have coordinating plastic cutlery and paper plates in great colors for cheap
–birthday and Christmas gift wrap supplies (it’s all here, tissue paper, bags, wrapping paper…) SO cheap and usually pretty cute
This store can get really disorganized and messy BUT the staff are gems, always kind!

A big fan of the Dollar Tree Store. Everything I need is just ONE Dollar. I like buying the Monster Energy Drinks, Shampoo, snacks, nick knacks and such things. I love buying craft items for the family. We build stick houses and piece together $ 1 puzzles.
Also, I understand big companies test market their early products in the DOLLAR or 99 cent stores prior to going big time.
All in all, a BUCK goes a long way in the Dollar Tree.

This store is pretty much what you would expect from a dollar store. Good location within Gilroy and good gardening section in the spring!

This is a solid dollar store. They tend to have a good selection of candy/​snacks/​etc., but they also have a lot of household supplies and gardening stuff. The staff is friendly, the place is clean enough, and it’s the perfect place to find a good deal on random stuff.

Messy, unorganized piles of junk. did i say messy? yes very messy, lines are super long too. dollar tree is great, just go to the one in morgan hill! its 3 times as big and organized! way more selection too!

Wow! The biggest dollar store I’ve seen so far! They have everything from plates, home stuff, school supplies and a crazy selection of food. I didn’t buy anything but it’s nice to know everything here is a dollar!

Seriously what is not to love about the dollar store? NOTHING.
They have great gift wrapping items when your in a pinch (bags, tissue, wrapping paper, tape, scissors, bows, balloons, cards etc.) And GREAT holiday decorations that you just can’t pass-​up.
There’s candy & home goods & food on the cheappp…$ 1 or less. A must try before heading to your usual necessities stores. It’s a score!

Kinda messy at times, but they often have good finds.
