Quality of work was great.
What was not so great was the bait and switch and communication of charges. Was told the price to cut a deadbolt hole and install the deadbolt was going to be $ 365.00 and I said yep that’s fair please proceed. When I went to pay was told that they only take cash or credit no checks. I look down at the bill and it was $ 540.00 not $ 365.00. Of course this is after the work was done and I’m at home alone. $ 175.00 total over what he told me the original cost was.
Fees that were not quoted: $ 65.00 service fee website states ZERO service fee’s, $ 85.00 lock install and the kick in the pants was the $ 25.00 credit card fee for the credit card I had to use since I didn’t have $ 540.00 in cash laying around! When I called the home office to complain and ask for credit, never received a call back. Called again the next day only to be told the manager is out I’d get a call yesterday. Never got a call back so I called them told the story yet again the manger is out only now until Monday. Hope he calls back soon.

Make sure they provide you with a quote PRIOR to doing anything. I reluctantly paid almost $ 800 for what I’m normally charged $ 200-​$ 250 for. Called the office and they were of no help. Guy had me sign what I thought was credit card authorization (had no other choice at that point as no one from the office would discuss the over charges with me) but believe it was an after-​the-​fact quote. I feel totally ripped off. Would give negative stars if possible.
