Furniture Design

I needed new furniture and came across this newer furniture store on the Labor Day weekend. «Nam» who I think runs or owns the place helped me with my selections… he’s very helpful, and friendly. He even let me get onto his computer to use the internet, to show him some of the furniture I had looked up previously, and was interested in.
Prices are very reasonable, for very decent quality furniture. There is a nice selection on the show-​room floor. It’s a nice looking store, set up well, and air-​conditioned inside.
I purchased a really great higher square kitchen table set, with turn-​table, and chairs, with extra chairs for my breakfast counter. And, also 2 futon type bunk beds for my kids rooms.
Delivery time was good. There were some scratches on the beds, and Nam quickly offered to replace those parts. A couple of the chairs were wiggly, and he offered to get those adjusted also. No questions asked… I merely «mentioned» the slight problems and Nam was quick to offer resolution.
I would definitely purchase furniture here again… we were not disappointed.
11/​15/​2007 — update: About a month after the delivery of the furniture, they called to arrange a time to come and replace the pieces that were scratched. When they came… they had ordered the wrong pieces, and needed to reorder. They apologized, and said they would call when the correct parts came in, and so far we haven’t heard back from them.
