Martin installed a Thermador refrigerator and freezer in my kitchen. After charging extra for switching the placement of the hinges, he skipped on installing a crucial part of the appliances, namely, the brackets that secure them to the wall to save time. When my cabinet maker pointed this out, I asked him to come and put the brackets in place. He agreed to do so only after I indicated that this was a liability for his business. His assistant made an appointment, however, rather than showing up during the promised time slot, his assistant gave me a call saying they would cancel the appointment if I did not call back in ten minutes to re-​confirm the appointment. Clearly, I was not going to spend my afternoon sitting by my phone when I was already expecting them to come to my house. This company lacks ethical and reliable means of doing work. I do not recommend their services.

We leveraged Martin and his team to install our new Sub Zero referigerator. They took approx. 2 hours to remove, haul away old sub zero and install the new one. I was very impressed with their work and their attitued. Highly recommend you call Martin if you are looking to install Miele, Viking, Sub Zero or Thermador appliances.
