I would give this place 5 stars but the lack of cell phone reception that plaques this establishment is abismal, I can see WIFI not as an option, but reception for cell phones is a must for this place.

An old dump in a seedy part of downtown Gilroy. The staff is rude and uncaring. The place is stuck in the stone ages. It needs a serious investment of capital and a major remodel. If you’re looking for a place to get drunk and act stupid — this is the place!

Great place! By far my favorite bowling alley! Small, but intimate. Not a rough crowd and no obnoxious drunks hanging around. Awesome family atmosphere! Staff is wonderful and definitely on top of it! Can’t wait to go back!

I made a reservation, for my store team, the week before and met Mike. He was excited to put the reservation for me which made me feel valued. The day my team met I went in a half hour early to make sure the reservation was still set. I was a bit worried at first because there were league bowlers taking most of the lanes. As mike assured me they’d be gone soon… They were. As my team arrived everyone was clearing out. It was perfect. Mike was very accommodating with my team and was a great host. Mike definitely made the experience great. He runs the show Sunday nights so stop by and enjoy great drinks and bowling.

We live in Gilroy and wanted to do something fun for our team and incorporate a birthday party too. Having not bowled in sometime I called with a lot of questions. I was lucky to speak with Kim who guided me and helped me plan a wonderful party for our friend and co-worker. Mike who is the bartender was totally awesome and completely took care of our team and even made some of his creative drinks. We will definately be returning for more fun times. We loved this bowling alley. Thank you so much for making it such a success!

I had my son’s 7th Birthday Party there for his whole class, family, and friends and it was perfect! Kathy was amazingly patient with 30+ kids and helpful with organizing the lanes, etc. They turned on music, lights, and the neon pins for us. Helga and Grace in the restaurant were wonderful as well! We brought in pizza and ordered appitizers, fries, and drinks from Scotty’s Restaurant. We did a Glow Bowl theme handing out light up necklaces and toys. The kids and adults had a blast! The bowling alley is older but thats part of the charm. The set up keeps kids content with bowling and not distracted by other things.

Very bad place. Do not waste your time going here. The people that work there are very rude and unhelpful. The place is filthy as well.

Went to this place with some friends to see how it was since we live in gilroy and the next closest bowling alley is in morgan hill. Yeah, on first impression this place is really small(10 lanes) and old school, but after seeing how much cheaper it is compared to other bowling alleys. We decided to give it a shot. So the first thing that was cool is that the old guy that works there seemed to really care about his business. He was really friendly and he always came over promptly to help us reset the pins if one got stuck or whatever we needed help with. Second thin is that its really cheap, its like $ 5 per person for the first game including shoes and then $ 3.25 a game after that. We went on a saturday night so I’m not sure how it is on the weekdays but I’m sure they are having a hard time getting business on the weekdays so I would expect them to have league bowling anyways. They did have a light show and music playing on saturday night but they play oldies so I’m not sure if everyone would approve. So yeah, the place is small, outdated, and league oriented But if your not too picky and you can appreciate the age of the place then its an alright pick thats not to bad for the price. I don’t know if I would give the place 5 stars but I did just to offset the other 1 star ratings people gave. It definitely deserves more than that. Just because of the friendliness of the guy alone.

8-lane bowling alley with bumper lanes available for the kiddies. This bowling alley sucks. They got like cheap $ 1.25 games on Sunday or something cheap like that, but they have league bowling half the week, so if you don’t know their schedule, you might walk in here during their league bowling nights. This place is pretty old school. I’m surprised they even have automatic scoring screens here. No midnight bowling, laser light shows, or music bumping over here at night. They have some small old school diner over here too. Don’t look like a spot worth trying either. I’d rather go to San Jose and bowl at Oakridge Lanes/300 at night.

Do not go here. There is only a handful of lanes. They are always having a(league bowling only) tournament going on that’s only open for those buncha no gooders. The hours are sporadic and it seems all the times i tried to go here could only go once. The food is not bad here. It’s terrible. Go to Morgan Hill Bowl instead. Food, Service, and Bowling is way better.
