The last thing I would ever do is hurt a good mans business.
Lie #1. They said the fluid was running right out. It wasn’t.
Lie #2. Said my front brakes were near gone. They were fine.
Lie #3. The statement, «worst case scenerio» was never made. In fact, I stressed that, that was a lot of money. Asked if they were sure about the price. They stated that they were certain it would be 1700.
Lie #4. Never said anything about removing the tires to give me a proper estimate.
Like I said, just be careful.

Much more than a 5 star business! My Cat engine died one trip towed it home and asked if they would do a house call. they did! Wow. Due to the seriousness of the problems they towed it to the shop. What they found was a lot of problems, electronic engine board fried, electrical solenoid stuck, and electrical short. They fixed them all! The couch was returned back to me cleaner than how I gave it to them. The end price was less than I thought it would be. They found that my entry step was unsafe too. I could have fallen if it failed. I would highly recommend this place, great service, very reasonable prices, fast service and most of all very friendly. I will be a returning costumer.

I would give more stars if it was possible! Jim and Ray were so helpful and kind. They even came in on a Saturday when the shop is usually closed just to help us out. They took care of all our issues and were really good about explaining everything to us. They were very thorough. I only wish we lived closer so they could be our go to repair shop! Couldn’t be happier with Gilroy RV Service & Repair. After having many issues with another RV Repair business and vowing to never go there again, we were directed to Gilroy RV Service & Repair to have some warranty work done on our 2016 Open Range 3X.
We first met with Ray who was so nice and professional. We gave him a list of things that needed to be fixed. Ray explained how each issue would be taken care of. This was on 1÷27÷16, and when we told Ray we needed the trailer back by 2/​19, he said he didn’t think that would be a problem. Well, I guess it wasn’t because he called us when they were done and we picked it up on 2÷17÷16. Jim, the owner, was there when we picked it up and I gotta tell you, Jim was just the nicest guy. He went over everything with us and showed us just what they did. When he was all done, his only concern was that we were happy and happy we are!
The gentlemen at Gilroy RV Service & Repair were very kind, honest and did a great job in a timely manner. Gilroy is about 2 hours from us but when we need any work done on our RV, without a doubt, we’ll be taking it back up to Gilroy RV Service & Repair. Thank you Jim and Ray for all you did. Brought my trailer in for repairs these guys pointed out alot of things that really needed to be done new tires blinds etc great price. They painted the front side steps in rear of my trailer for free oh my god was incredible. Installed custom platform for my generator replace my converter installed new batteries with a special hidden switch my Prowler look beautiful. Thank you Ray Joe and Jim

Great people they explain the work they’re doing they get you in and out quickly. they can do it all in side and out. Repaired my slide out and roof.

Great shop, very knowledgeable and professional work done. My control pad for leveling jacks came on while driving, said jacks down. After talking to factory on east coast several times I was lead to believe it was a faulty breaker. Didn’t feel comfortable with that and after talking it over with Gilroy RV I was sure replacing one component at a time wasn’t the way to go. They diagnosed and fixed my problem in no time, and the breaker had nothing to do with it. Would recommend Gilroy RV to everyone.

We were passing through from Alaska to Arizona when the camera monitor on our RV, not only quit working, but smoke came from the unit. After calling the service center of Winnebago in this area, we were told they could look at it in Feb. Seriously? Luckily, we found Joe… he came to us at the RV park within an hour of us calling. He made many calls trying to find a monitor in the area for us. When he couldn’t find one, he made sure the monitor was disabled so we were safe to continue our trip.
If you are in need of service in this area, these guys not only give great service, but are honest & fair. We highly recommend them !!!
