Honu Bootcamp

If i could Rate Alfy and the business he run’s in the fitness community it would be accurate to give him a negative star he doesn’t even deserve one! I am surprised there is a four star rating for this guy he is a total Con artist! Its just to bad i found that out too late! I even referred a friend to him before he took a permanent vacation to Hawaii along with our money and trust! This guy seemed so genuine and trust worthy. i hired him on an emotional bases thinking he truly cared about mine and my friends fitness goals and journey! Because i have struggled with loosing my baby weight and also have tried many options i was at the end off my search when i found him, and i thought wow this guy gets me and he really want to help me reach my goals! I thought if he can do this for me and if he truly cares then i am going to have my friend sign on with me so we can both do this together! Sadly This Guy is a snake as charming and slimy as they come! He made so many promises one being a more hands on approach when he returned from his summer in Hawaii! This Guy Knew he wasn’t ever coming back he made some easy money before he left and left my friend and i with a cut and paste «personalized» program! what a Joke! these are Promise’s he made and obviously he had no intention of keeping!
1. a customized weight loss program for both of us individually addressing our body types and needs.

5. a more hands on personable experience and a meeting with him in person when getting back from Hawaii

ok to address the first one he gave me and my friend a copy and paste personalized program i had totally different goals then she did not to mention different body types yet we both had the same exact nutrition plan minus caloric intake which by the way he had her eating 800 calories really! that is so unhealthy!
Our email interaction lasted all of about two weeks before it became me reaching out to him hey i thought i was paying for your support!
Skype what a joke i could barley reach him on the phone let alone a Skype phone call hahha (never happened)!
Daily phone called what a shock maybe if i was lucky id reach him through text!
Now he moved sold his gym and changed his phone number and cant be contacted really!

Any way you get the idea a Whole bunch of Promises with no real intent on keeping them! I fired the guy and tried to roll over making it seem as though i was ok with the situation when in fact i was not but because i had my friend still working with him i wanted to make it civil! Now this is wear i am totally appalled that there are people who are OK with doing business like this guy! This Guy Cant be reached, has not emailed my friend… his client! she called him but his number is disconnected really??? She has emailed he ignores the email! We both try and reach him i finally got through to him via Facebook and his exact reply to my concerns and request was“Hi. I haven’t had time to read your email. But try the plan. It works. And relax a little. Come hang out here for a while.“
And again i give him the opportunity to make things right and he reply’s Mocking me! «Hi. I told have time to read all of this but try the plan. I promise it works. And relax a little. It will help in all aspects of life. Aloha.»
It is really no shock this guy moved to a place no one knew him because word around this town is He is a Crook too bad me and my friend found this out to late! Any one in Hawaii or the fitness community be weary when it comes to this guy he knows how to make you trust him but really dose bad business! There are many people who have just rolled over to avoid this drama but i feel it isn’t OK this guy needs to be held accountable so i am hoping we can come together and share our stories so he cant take advantage of any other people out that that truly only want to get what we paid for! I really would rather be writing a good review!

Best workout ever! I’ve been attending Honu Bootcamp for a year now, and I have to say that every single workout is different. Alfy pushes me past my limits and believes in me more than I believe in myself sometimes. He is continuously changing up the workouts and adding new equipment. He is a great motivator, teacher, and now one of my very good friends. He is always available to answer any questions, either email, text, or by phone. Bootcamp has become a second family to me and everyone there is so supportive. Joining Bootcamp was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.
