It’s been a little over a year since I used Kathleen as my realtor to find and purchase a home in Gilroy. Since I had sold my home in Tempe, AZ I was at wits end to find a home, of which there seemed to be none available at that time in my price range. Kathleen was able to find me a place to rent short term while we looked at homes, reliving the pressure to purchase. As a result I was able to find and beautifully restored home in a very nice neighborhood in Gilroy near the wilderness preserve.
Getting the loan from Wells Fargo out of AZ was an incredible painstaking process and Kathleen worked with my loan agent and the listing agent to push the process .
She did and excellent job, followed through on every detail and made sure that all was working in the house.

We used Kathleen as our realtor over two years ago. As first time homebuyers, Kathleen was very accommodating in showing us the ropes in purchasing a property, and helped us find our dream home! She was very professional, personable and always willing to go the extra mile to meet all our needs. Kathleen was very patient us, showing us a number of houses and promised to find us the perfect home. It took us over a year to find our home as it was a short sale with three loans on the house. Kathleen was very diligent in negotiating the three loans on the house and effectively communicated with us throughout the entire process.
During the process Kathleen used electronic documents making it very accessible to sign documents without having to meet in the office every single time that a document needed to be signed. I was quite impressed with e-​signing, because it made the process that much easier given my complex schedule. As a housewarming gift Kathleen even bought us a set of carbon monoxide alarms for our house. In the future, we look forward to working with her again.
