Ok, I went back to match a different color that was a stock Kelly Moore color. Same deal, no longer carried, except this time it turns out they changed the formula due to environmental regulations. Ok, that’s beyond their control. So the guy was really helpful and matched me up a gallon that was really really close WHILE I WAITED. So that whole 6 – 8 hours thing I got last time was probably BS. Color matched fine with the other walls when the whole wall was painted. Can’t expect it to be perfect and the whole wall needed painting anyway.
I should note that I received a message from the manager stating that they would look into the service problems. Either they fixed it or I must have caught them on an off day last time. I’m updating my rating to 4 stars.
