Very bad service. Called and was told job would be estimated $ 50+ for the job (locked bottom lock) technician came and tried to charge $ 180 then went down to 120 then went down to $ 100 however I felt bait and switch. Guy was like we must drill and called his boss and spoke in his language and came back we must drill. It takes about 1 minute or less to drill and you want that much money? I know I’m stupid for being locked out but that extra money I would like to save. I tried to shake his hand «Jacob» and he didn’t want to shake and said I have to pay for his service call /​time. In the phone conversation there was no mention of this. I kicked him out and as he left he asked if I would pay $ 50 — by that time it really doesn’t matter how discounted the price is. Shady sales is not accepted as I am a sales professional, I know a scam when I see one. He sat in parking lot talking to his boss who called me multiple times asking why I have problem with price? I used them because they were local but didn’t expect to pay $ 180 to get a drill hole in my door knob, now I know I’m going to ask my neighbors for their drill next time.
