Completely UNEVEN brows and horrible attitude. A young Indian lady with long hair did my brows today and one is literally half the width of the other. How it can be that bad is beyond me…
What’s worse, when I mentioned this, I had no response. just a big smile and eyes that were lost. I politely asked if she agreed with me and she just shrugged and said that «it’s not always like that.»
The way this happened made me quite upset. no apology, nothing. I just need to wait for 2 months for the brows to grow (for me it’s always a slow process). I’ve had unevenly done work before, but never to this extent. there is literally one hair on one of them width-wise…Never ever am I going back and I strongly urge you to find another place.

Just started coming here for threading. The old place I used to go to closed. I was hesitant as I thought it was a chain in the outlets. She’s a local Gilroy business owner and has been in town for 5 years. I love threading but don’t get me wrong… it hurt! But not here! She has such a «soft hand» that it doesn’t hurt at all. I can’t believe it. Beauty without pain ;-). The hours are super convenient as they are the same as all the other outlet stores. Ask about the membership. Well worth it!

I am so glad they are back at the outlets. I been coming with Pooja to get my brows threaded since they first opened. I love how she does it fast and it’s not painful that way. I recommend their service to everyone!

Worst place to get eyebrow threading done! My eyebrows are not at all in shape. She couldn’t make out difference where brows are thin & thick. I can’t even give one star for such service. Above all no Courtney of saying sorry.

I usually dont write reviews but this place really deserves it.
If I could give negative stars I really would.
I went in to get a Henna this past week I went kinda late close to closing time. I was so excited since this was my first time getting one done. To begin with the lady was rude I got there 15 mins before closing and she said «If it takes to long I wont do it you will need to come back another day» I showed her the one I wanted and she said Okay. When she began to do it she was doing it to fast and the lines weren’t looking even AT ALL. I Understand that no one is perfect at doing Henna but it looked like she just wanted to leave and finish as soon as she could. When she finished she was hurrying me up to pay her. As I walked out I noticed her grabing her purse and keys ready to close when there was still time. She could have done a much better job if she had only taken a little but more time. Talk about bad customer service and UGLY HENNA.
When will I be back NEVER AGAIN!

I Love this place!!! First time here and she (can’t remember her name) is awesome! Clean and I heard it lasts longer than wax. It hurt while she was threading there was no uncomfortable sting after. It beats waxing because with waxing the sting lasts a lot longer even after you finished.

This place is way to expensive! The lady goes way to fast and doesn’t get everything done the first time around. You have to keep telling her can you touch up here! I will never go back there again
