Protsman Faith MD

I highly recommend Dr. Protsman. I moved here from Kansas City in August 2013 and was very anxious about finding a doctor in Gilroy; which I had to do right away. I began calling doctors in my area but they were all answering services which I am not use to and didnt want to deal with. I like talking to real people! Finally I called Dr. Protsman and spoke with the wonderful, friendly and helpful secretary and made an appointment. I was still nervous but when I arrived for my appointment I was pleasantly surprized that it was a small office and felt like a home. Once I met Dr. Protsman and talked to her I felt at ease and was able to open up. Now you dont know me but I have anxiety and it is hard for me to talk to people. Dr. Protsman listened to me and made me feel comfortable. I also love the patient portal. You are able to fill out paperwork, make appointments, refill prescriptions, check the status of your test results, pay bills and more all online. good luck and I hope you have as great of an experience as I have.
