Reebok

This is that store that can get me into plenty of trouble. Why do I say that, well I could spend hours in this store and come out with hundreds of dollars of merchandise. The store is well put together, with the shoes in the middle of the store, both men and women, kids shoes at one end discounts shoes for both kids, women and men on the sides of the store. Of course clothing around both ends with women and men on either side so not to confuse people. Also, you can find your favorite sport team in a section of the store all of it own.
I have been here a couple of time, so I figure it was time to write this review. I do come here as the fit of the Reebok shoes are good for me feet, they are cut right and the sizes are good with regular and wide sizes for your feet style. They have a great verity of shoe in stock so I know I can find what I am looking for in my exact size. Of course if you are in need of clothing too, this location has everything you want. Shorts, tanktops, socks, and shirts. All good selections, colors and sizes. I usually find something to purchase that I have not seen before and walk out with 2 or 3 new outfits as well as shoes. I can usually find a pair of shoes and they have the buy 1 get other ½ off, which is a great deal. Plus if you can remember to use your CSAA membership card, you will get an extra discount off your purchase here.
The staff is always friends and helpful, if you are unable to find the size or color they will go out of their way to help you get what you want. If you are looking for something Reebok, this is the place for you to come and find it. Of course I will be here often and spending time and money here always.

Definitely worth the drive and the time it took to drive down there. I went in looking for another pair of Nano 4.0s and was pleasantly surprised by their selection. They have a good range of styles, colors and sizes for their shoes, including the lifters which I was happy to see. Customer service was actually quite lovely, and I appreciated the staff’s willingness to read customers to see if they actually needed assistance or preferred to shop by themselves.
There wasn’t too much in terms of women’s clothing, but to be fair that is not what I drove down to look it. I ended up with a $ 10 tank top, and as far as shoes go they had a great deal at buy one, get one 60% off.
Overall: if you’re a CrossFitter looking for some new shoes (they had the 5.0’s too!) this is definitely worth the trip.

I got 2 pairs of shoes for $ 89. I didn’t know that it was a buy 1 get 1 free. Score.
I didn’t see my size so I asked a team member and he check in the back, he found my size sweet, very helpful, also the cashier was great as well, very friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure.

Great outlet! Went in for the first time and will be back for more shoes for sure. If you’re a Crossfit-​er, definitely visit — they have branded shorts, shirts and shoes.
Typical good outlet deals (two-​fers, buy one get one ½ off, etc.) and a good selection.
The customer service was good. I was helped almost immediately upon walking in and there were numerous employees close by whenever I had a question.
Their shoes are cool and extremely comfortable. I buy/​wear a lot of athletic shoes as I’m a fitness instructor and usually prefer Nike, but Reebok won me over today.

After hitting all 4 buildings at the outlets this was our last stop. Hooray for finding a Reebok shop that actually carries Crossfit merchandise! This place has several types of Crossfit gear throughout. I especially liked the selection of shirts here. There were Crossfit Games shirts, Jason Khalipa jerseys, Iceland Annie shirts, etc. Great stuff.
I didn’t like any of the shorts they carried though. They didn’t seem flexible or light weight and some even seemed made mostly of cotton. I would never wear these when working out.
Customer service wasn’t that great and I expect that when a store is not busy the staff pay attention to the customers. I got very little attention.
I would say this is probably one of the least busy athletic stores at the outlet mall. The prices are great though, I got 2 shirts for just over $ 20. I’ll be back for the Crossfit shirts thats for sure, but not likely anything else.

The Reebok store is located in Gilroy Premium Outlets near Fresh Choice restaurant. It has a smaller car park, but you will find a spot as its never that crowded. It’s best to get a coupon from
either on your phone or print prior to arriving at the store. That way if there is no sale, you can at least get $ 20 off $ 100.
But, usually you will find a buy 1 get 2^nd 50% off sale. You will be greeted when entering the store and can always find someone to help you find a particular type of shoe e.g. running, walking, hiking, etc. Store is well thought out and laid out, so you can find sizes and styles easily, They do have a clearance section if your looking for a bargain.
Rebook is now my only type of running shoe due to the superior protection it offers, I prefer the DMX Ride shoes and like the feel of the Zigs but don’t like the colors they offer in the neon pallet. 4 stars, worth visiting if your out for a pair of shoes or t-​shirts, etc.

Worst customer service. I went in to buy a pair of shoes for my two year old and myself. My daughter began to cry because she had to use the restroom. I asked an employee if she could use the restroom and she said no and that it was for employees only. My daughter continued to cry and I asked her where the nearest bathroom was and she told me it was five stores down. I told her she would not make it and if she could please make an exception. She said no. I asked her again to let her use the restroom and she rolled her eyes as she called another employee over. She automatically let her use it. Appalled by her insensitivity i took my business to the Nike outlet where i got good deal –2 shoes for $ 100. And also great customer service.

This place has the worst customer service ever also they show complete misrepresentation. I called yesterday and asked if on Black Friday if the Easytone shoes would be on sale that Day. The girl I talked to said no, but that they have 2 deals where I could use on the Easytones right now. The first being Buy one pair and get the 2^nd pair half off. The second deal was buy 2 pairs of shoes at full price and get 3^rd pair free. I went into the Reebok OUtlet store today and in the window there was a Huge sign stating, «ALL FOOTWEAR BUY 1 PAIR AND GET 2ND PAIR 50% OFF». I talked to two employees and asked to the supervisor because they would not hold this offer for the easytones. They said all footwear accept the Easytones. I said that if that was fact they should have that one the bottom of the huge sign. That nowhere on the sign did it say all footwear accept easytone shoes. They stated they didnt know who worked the day before and told me that. I told them it was misrepresentation and falsification. They didnt care. They should have kept their word and I would think that they would want to make a sale, but I guess they dont care about making money. I will never buy from them again.
