I really hate giving this place 2 stars but I have been here a couple times and have never purchased anything. The last time I went it was pretty odd, the sales associate was getting ready on the sales floor. Awkward! (WTH?)
It’s better to go to a normal NY & Co store. Merchandise is better!

Very poor service from the store manager, Melissa, on Labor Day weekend 2014. Melissa yelled at my wife for coming out of the fitting room without hangers for the clothes my wife was trying on. My wife talked with her but she refused to tone down her rude attitude.
The store clerk did not have any feedback forms for us to fill out when we asked for them, perhaps because she knew we would write a complaint about the store manager. Also, NY&C does not have an easily findable complaint form on their website.
We are not going back to that store again and much less likely to shop at any NY&C store in the future.

I love this outlet store more than the other NY&C’s I’ve been to in the County. Came here during the day on my day off and the store was neat. Associates were incredibly helpful and I will definitely be going back.

This NY&C outlet store opened on July 1 and is generally located between Sony and Saks Off 5^th, near In-N-Out.
Grand opening weekend offered up to 50% off on regular priced clothes and clearance items starting at $ 7.99. The clothing, jewelery, and accessories here are the same style you’d find at a regular NY&C. Deals included $ 29.99 for a suit jacket and $ 19.99 for a suit skirt or pants, buy one get one 75% off on jewelery, and $ 9.99 all belts. While most everything in the store seemed to have some sort of percentage off, nothing jumped out as an amazing deal… Especially when you’re paying meh prices on products that lack quality.
If you’re a NY&C fan, this outlet store might be for you, but all the polyester in this store couldn’t static cling and draw me back here anytime soon.
