It’s hard to find my words of displeasure for this place. A vehicle I own and driven by my father was towed by this company without my knowledge from a parking lot during an incident at the place it was parked. With local law enforcement on the scene, the inability to have them identify the owner so that I was aware is troubling. When confronted about this over the phone I was treated in a very condescending manner. I frankly wouldn’t have them tow a car to the junkyard let alone anywhere else.
