Horrible. I called to ask how much it would cost to replace the cables on my bike. I assumed that the price they gave me included the replacement cables, however when I picked up the bike I was charged 30% more than quoted. For the person I talked to on the phone to not give any indication that the price quoted does not include the cables is disingenuous, to say the least. I ended up paying 85 dollars to replace two cables.

Service is top-​notch. Owner and most of the shop employees are all avid riders of one type of bicycle or another. Pricing is competitive. If they don’t have it in stock, they’ll get it for you. Seriously, $ 3.45/gallon? Come on… Bicycle commuting is where it’s at.
