I was curious about some of their new menu items so I gave this restaurant a try today. First of all, this is one of the cleanest Pizza Huts I’ve ever been to. I was seated quickly, my order didn’t take long at all, (tried the new Buffalo Chicken pizza) and the food was great. The waitress even offered to give me a drink to take home. Great service, great food, kudos for keeping the restaurant clean.

Ordered a 20.00 pizza box with 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and pasta. Went 5 minutes later of course expecting some waiting time. Strangely, my box was ready. When I got home I discovered the entire box was full of cold food. In fact, one of my pizzas appeared to have been pre-​baked and the extra topping (jalapeños) were just thrown on top, not baked in with my pizza. I haven’t eaten at this place in a long time and probably never will again. It was a waste of gas, time, and money. I wish I could put negative stars. What a cheap dishonest business!!!

Ordered 2 large Pepperoni & breakfast sausage hand tossed pizzas & half order cheesy bread sticks. It was pretty good & not too greasy this time & only took 20 minutes. We actually meant to order cheese stuffed crust, but we ordered online & pushed the wrong button. By the way, if you order online, you can receive $ 4 off your order. Also, they have the $ 10 special for any topping large pizza.

One of two places to get pizza in Gladewater. If you’re starving it’s probably not the best bet unless they’re offering a buffet. because both delivery and eat-​in waiting times are pretty bad. They’ve fairly recently added beer to their menu and are ALWAYS clean. My only other complaint is that people like to bring their screaming, crying children here and it’s an unpleasant environment to eat in when that happens, but hey, it’s not the restaurant’s fault.
