There was absolutely nothing about this place that is worth the money and time. If there was ever such a thing as giving a negative rating, this place would get it. Drive to Longview or Kilgore for lodging. I recently booked rooms for my wedding party and guests and have never been treated with more disrespect and hostility than by the owner. Additionally, the language barrier male chauvinistic attitude did not help matters at all. The rooms are worst than what you would expect at a $ 30/​night motel. Unfortunately, my maid of honor stayed for a total of 2 hours before she was threatened by the motel manager/​owner that «if she didn’t like it there, she could leave.» I immediately called the motel to cancel ALL reservations.

My room smells like mold, the phone doesn’t work (not that I use motel phones anymore, but I did have to look up the number of this place so I could call the front desk on my cell to get the internet password), and the pool is out-​of-​commission.
But, yeah, there IS a fridge and a microwave, and the internet works well.

Well I like this place because they accept pets. They also offer a free breakfast but it’s only 2 kinds of cereal or instant oatmeal, nothing great but nothing horrible.
The rate was so-​so, this is a step up from motel 6, there is a microwave and fridge in the room, but they over charge for what it is. I got a weekly rate when I stayed there and though I left a day early and had come back a few days later they were clear there would be no refund or using that day that was paid for when I came back. When I did come back, I stayed for 3 days at a whoping $ 80+ a night! SAY WHAT!!!
The room was nothing great. The place has not been updated in awhile. There was wall paper peeling off the walls, whenever we turned on the heat or fan allergies were horrible. My second time back the shower curtain was moldy. For what they charge they should certainly have cleaner rooms. The water pressure is poor and the water doesn’t get really hot, not cold or luke warm but my fiancé likes a hot shower and this place doesn’t deliver.
My relatives had picked this place and for a small town you would think they would be more courteous and appreciate the business they get but it certainly didn’t feel that way. I would suggest going down the street and checking out the place a few blocks past or just go into Longview where there are options.
