I thought my dog looked decent although I had the impression it was somewhat of a rushed job. My dog isn’t the best customer and I feel I should give her a break for that reason.

We were referred by our neighbor to Bark Ave. we took our chocolate lab in for full service. He is so shiny and smells the best he has ever smelled. So happy with every aspect. My dog is happy, the outcome was great and price was good. We will be back.

I took my husky here this morning at 1030. I didn’t hear anything back from them til I called them at 130. They said another 15 min. He went in for a bath/brush, and nails trimmed. I’ve taken him here before and it’s only taken 2 hrs. Today I went to get him and I noticed his paws were bleeding. The lady there, cut his nails extremely too short and didn’t offer any solution to help with it. She said that it’s normal and it’ll stop. It’s not normal. My dog is currently very upset and angry. So I would imagine he wasn’t treated very well. I won’t be going back here ever again and I would suggest everyone else avoid the place.

We love Bark Avenue. We had our poodle groomed by Jamie when she worked at a different establishment and when she left there, we left with her. She always gets the cut right, something that was a hassle at other groomers. We have never had any surprises, if there was a problem during the grooming she lets us know right away unlike some other groomers we used.
Probably most importantly, I have walked in there when the employees were working in the back room and didn’t realize I had walked in and they talk very sweetly to all of the animals in their care. It is nice knowing that our pooch is cared for nicely and always comes out with the exact cut we want. We love them so much we told my mom about them and now she uses them for her poodle and she has to drive 30 minutes to get there. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have been coming here since they opened but I can only review the fact that I love the ability to walk in to get my dog a nail trim (I don’t use any of the other grooming services). They are always friendly and do a much better job than I could!

Was unhappy with a groomer that I used for over a year and was referred to this groomer by a friend and have been very happy with my dog’s grooming there ever since. They do a great job and are also reasonable.

I have a wiggly 5lbs yorkie. Ginny always listens to what I want and Biscuit always looks great. Most important though she is so kind to the critters. Biscuit always has a good experience and is clam and happy when I pick him up. This has not been our experience with other groomers. Bark Avenue is the only groomer we will go to.

HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION. We have used their services for several years. We are extremely loyal customers and tell everyone we meet to use them. We have three white dogs, a Maltese and two Bichon Frise. They do such an exceptional job. Their years of working at dog shows is dramatically demonstrated when you see how handsome our animals look. PREFECT EVERY TIME.

I have a large Shephard/Lab mix who has SOOOO much fur. He goes there looking like mangy mutt and comes out looking SO beautiful and shiny. I couldn’t be happier with the staff. Oh and I love that it’s laid back and not pretentious.
