Absolutely the WORST customer service in all of television providers. Undisclosed moving fees? Yep $ 200-$ 300. Cancellation fee? Yep $ 360. On hold time… currently 38 minutes to speak with a manager about canceling my account. NEVEREVEREVERUSEDIRECTVORANYOFITSAFFILIATES.

On the phone today with Direct TV customer service for 40 min as they still didn’t delete all the extras I had asked them to. In the meantime they used 40 mins of my time to tell me their computer was slow, tried to get me to order the fight channel, nfl package, upgrade my equipment, etc They threw all kinds of numbers at me in order to confuse me. They were not forthcoming or straight forward. Amazingly troublesome to deal with. The cliché fits. Moral of the story. we are reading more at home and streaming.
