Hamilton to the rescue. I had a very bad experience with Home Depot after purchasing a dishwasher for my wife for Christmas. I went down to Hamilton’s Appliance and told them about my experience and they not only came very close to the same price as I was getting but they were able to deliver and install the following day. It certainly patched the sore that Home Depot made for our Christmas. From now on they will be my appliance source.

DH and I were pleased with our refrigerator buying experience at Hamilton Appliance. We wanted something off the floor since our old one had stopped working and parts weren’t available to repair it. Carla was pleasant and professional as she showed us the existing inventory. I admired her patience, also, as I admit to being cranky about the unexpected expense of a major appliance. We like doing business with local companies; this was our 2nd purchase from Hamilton’s. On time delivery and installation was appreciated. Oh, yes… we even like the refrigerator we bought!

Great sales staff and even better service. They squeezed us into a last minute delivery. And stayed until 8pm to make sure all the plastic was off, settings were right and made sure everything was right. Price was better than lowes or Home Depot. I will always look to Hamiltons first. I have now purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator from them – top notch service. They just make it right. Hard to find that these days. Great job! Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hamilton’s customer service. I bought an Electrolux washer that internally imploded after 6 months(obviously defective). I called Hamilton’s and they said because it was over a certain time, I needed to call the repairman first. The repairman said the damage was so extensive, that I needed to get Electrolux to replace it with a new washer. He called Electrolux directly, took pictures and emailed them the pictures. Dealing with Electrolux was a beyond difficult. Even with the information from the repairman, they would not agree that they were going to send me a new one and kept saying that they didn’t get the pictures, even the repairman, who is quite reputable sent them repeatedly. Meanwhile the days ticked by and I had no washer. By the 5th day, refusing to go to a laundromat, I called Hamilton’s and asked if I could rent a washer until Electrolux got their act together. Mike at Hamilton’s said, «no you can’t rent one, but we would be happy to loan you one free». Within two hours he and a delivery man were at my house, took away the broken machine to get it out of my house and installed a loaner. Note; Mike is a salesman, not a delivery man, but they only had one delivery man that day, so he left the store to help with the delivery. Unbelievable! Most stores are done with you and customer service after your 30 or 60 day trial period is up and you are on your own. Not Hamilton’s. They gained nothing from this generous gesture and Electrolux dragged their feet for another two weeks(three weeks total) before they replaced the defective machine. Hamilton’s once again came out to fix the problems of another delivery company. I pledge my future appliance business to Hamilton’s and I hope you do as well.

Hamilton’s delivered my new frig to my living room while work was going on in my kitchen. The padding they used did not protect my hardwood floors and left a very visible scratch from my living room to my kitchen. The hard wood floors people said I had to resand and refinish all the floors. $ 5,000 and I had to move out of my house for a week into a hotel, put my cat in a kennel and could not put the furniture back for 3 weeks. I left numerous messages for the owners and they never called back. Then a month later, the refrigerator began leaking onto my hardwoods. The Appliance Repair Hospital came out and fixed it. Now, less than 1 year, still under warranty, it began leaking again. Appliance Repair said the casing behind the water filter was cracked and they had seen this same issue on this Whirlpool refrigerator numerous times. They ordered parts while turning off the water dispenser and ice maker. They urged me to contact Whirlpool and demand a new refrigerator. Whirlpool has refused. They said they only do repairs and not replacements. I’ve tried to leave a message at Hamilton’s and their voice mail is screwed up. I barely had time to leave my number before the phone was disconnected. I have worked for years in the real estate business and will make sure that the Hasson Company knows about this terrible product and service if I don’t get satisfaction.

After spending over 2 hours at Home Depot in Oregon City and walking away disgusted and so frustrated, I walked into this store was greeted and told my story, I have never been so impressed!!! I have 4 different rental properties and this is my new go to place. Great space, great people, delivered and installed in two days… I also tried Sears outlet!!! What a joke… Go to Hamilton’s for all your appliance needs

Stopped in Hamilton’s on a Sunday after checking out their reviews here. Our 20-year-old stove was on its last legs and we decided it was time for a new one. Our salesman Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and pointed us to exactly what we were needing. Also recommended an excellent installer for us. Mike was available by phone later when we had some questions about appliance dimensions. The store was bright, clean and had lots of items to choose from. Would definitely go back there again for any future purchases.

After a disappointing experience at Home Depot, we went to Hamilton’s Appliance. We were replacing a dishwasher and wanted to talk to someone who really knew dishwashers. Home Depot didn’t have much information to offer, but Lincoln(our salesperson) at Hamilton’s knew literally everything about the various brands. on the market. He was polite, well-spoken and knowledgeable. We ended up getting the perfect dishwasher for our needs. Next time I need an appliance upgrade I’ll go to these guys.

Attentive but not overbearing staff who know their products. A Price Matching guarantee without quibbles or small print and great delivery folks who are careful and friendly. If you are looking for cooking equipment, I suggest talking to Link, he obviously enjoys cooking. One suggestion, use the driveway from 99E, the sidestreet driveway is way to steep, as you can from the gouges in the asphalt.
