Nothing better then Brick Oven cooked Thin Pizza! If this is what you want, then by all means come and get it! The Mikey Pizza and Cheese Bread will feed a crew of four easily and have some to take home.

We were in Gladstone and my two boys wanted pizza for dinner. We didn’t want to hit up the usual popular chain places, so I did a search for pizza near our location and there was Ikey’s. It is tucked back at the very end of a strip mall next to the Hideout Bar. We went on a Saturday night. It was busy, but there was no wait. They had a lounge singer that was singing old Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin style(he was awesome). My husband and I both ordered the house salad. We found out they make all their salad dressings in house and they were delicious(husband had the Bleu cheese dressing and I had the parm herb vinaigrette). You could almost get by with just eating a salad because they are so large, but then you would miss out on having the pizza! We had the Ikey. New York style, hand tossed pizza with fresh ingredients… getting hungry just thinking about it now! My boys ordered off the children’s menu and were also very happy with their pizza. We had plenty to take home with us to have for leftovers the next day. If you are looking for a great pizza place, checkout Ikey’s…you won’t be disappointed!

What a great place! We stopped there to celebrate Valentines dinner(Relax, we’ve been married 28 years ;)). The brick oven pizza was amazing. We split a pizza with half Gladstoner and half Mikey’s. Both were excellent. Our server Valerie just topped the night off. She is so sweet and very attentive. Oh, and I loved how the owner also owns the Hide Away bar next door. How cool is that? They have live music all the time and you can order an Ikey’s pizza and they’ll bring it over. What s great place. We will definitely be back. 5 stars only because I couldn’t give them 6!!!

Ordered carry out. I did not pick-up, so I can’t write to the overall atmosphere. We ordered two pizzas: 1) Cheese 2) Chicken Bacon Alfredo. At first glance of the chicken bacon alfredo, it didn’t really appear to have much for chicken or bacon; however, it had both and overall good flavor. There were chicken chunks. So large chunks spread around. The cheese was also tasty.

So yummy! I went with a friend who had seen their reviews and wanted to give it a try. We had the Greek salad which was perfection between the red onion, feta, tiny bits of cucumber, and house made dressing. We also split a Mikey ’ s pizza. We chose it because it had a mix of five Italian meats. The crust was wonderfully thin which allowed us to be able to eat such a meaty pizza without feeling overstuffed or uncomfortable — it also allowed the flavor of the meats to be the star of the pizza. Also, superb service. Highly recommend.

I was very happy that I ventured to the back of the half-abandoned strip mall to try Ikey’s pizza. I had a Greek salad and Mikey’s pizza. Both were excellent. The small salad was plenty for two. It had fresh ingredients and the dressing was perfect. I will be ordering take out from here again.

The taste of the pizza was pretty good but the crust towards the end you put in your mouth was as limp as a !@$%$. Also asked for light cheese and they messed that up also. I probably give them one more chance. This was a to go order.

Excellent thin crust pizza, cooked in a wood burning brick oven. Great selection of toppings, I did the Four Seasons with Artichoke hearts, olives, mushrooms, and prosciutto. Sauce is non invasive. Also had a great side salad with house made blue cheese dressing. It’s very hidden so hopefully people will find it by word of mouth. I’ve driven past it regularly for 4 months and didn’t know it was even there. The waitress was very attentive, clean and open dining area and you can watch the cook throw and spin your crust. A great addition for the northland.

My son loved the pizza here so much he ate the whole pizza himself. The sour dough crust is to die for.

Just ate here for the first time today. We had wings, a house salad and the Gladstoner pizza. I don’t have one complaint about any of it… all tasted great! Wings almost reminded me of a blackened type flavor. Salad choices all looked good, but I just went with the house. The homemade ranch and blue cheese are great. Finally, the pizza tasted fresh and had a great thin crust… loved the brick oven taste! We will definitely be back here.

Delicious, local pizzeria! Boyfriend and I decided this would be a great place to watch game three of the World Series. We started with Caesar salads, which were fresh and crisp. I didn’t ask if the dressing was made in house, but it was a great mixture of olive oil, anchovies, and spices. We also ordered six of their wings. They were a dry rub spice, which was phenomenal. Crispy, packing a little heat, and full of flavor. We also ordered with salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni pizza. With so many processed meats it was a little salty, but we enjoyed the large, foldable slices. The service was good. The waiters talked to us about the food and the game. We will definitely be back to try more of their pizzas.

Great pizza and salads. Added bonus –they have honey to dip leftover crust in. Only drawback,-they were short on waitstaff, but still attentive. I would come back if in the area.

Perfect pizza! Not too crispy, not too thin or thick… I feel like Goldilocks but honestly this pizza was just right. I shared their meat lovers and pepperoni pizzas with my coworkers for lunch last week, and they were both excellent– especially the meat lovers. I’ll definitely be back!

Located in a well worn strip mall west of the Linden Square area, this place has very good brick oven pizza. If you appreciate well made dough, hand spun crusts, and quality toppings, give this place a try. Without a doubt the best tasting pizza in the Northland, in my opinion. The wings are interesting, with a good char they are tasty, but harder to eat since they are whole wings instead of cut wing pieces. Salad was decent but nothing spectacular. But oh, that pizza is good! High temperature brick oven gives the thin but not crackery crust a bit of char, which only adds to the depth of flavor of the overall product. If you are familiar with the texture of New York style crusts, I would say this is very similar to that. We tried 2 pizzas. The pepperoni with mushrooms added was very solid, and the toppings were excellent. We also got the Mikey pizza, which was a four meat pizza that had good flavor without being too greasy. I look forward to trying more of the specialty pizzas, which range from about $ 12 to $ 16 for a 14 inch pizza. So why do I think they lose one star? Speed of service was not top notch, and although not packed, the food was a bit slow to arrive. Bartender was very upbeat, the waitress was not. Place was clean, but a bit dark for my taste, TV located in the wrong place, and Sinatra soundtrack seems a bit too cliché. These are very small critcisms, but just enough to drop one star. But again, the pizza is well worth the trip. If you are a Northlander who likes artisan style pizza, and you don’t want to cross the river to get it, go to Ikey’s and get the real deal.
