MVS Systems Inc

Our realtor recommended MVS Systems to us to monitor our alarm system. Their pricing is very reasonable. I like that there is no contract with them, unlike most of the large national providers. They were able to utilize the system the previous homeowners installed from ADT, which saved us a significant amount of money.
The biggest issue I’ve had with them is the responsiveness of their sales team. It took a long time for us to get in touch with the salesperson and we really had to work to move the install along, which surprised me considering that the sooner the system was connected, the sooner MVS got paid. That being said, when the batteries have gone low, we’ve been contacted very quickly by MVS to let us know.
I may or may not continue using them, but if I were looking for a company today, I would look hard at other companies as well.
