DO NOT EVER EVER GO TO THIS U-​HAUL LOCATION!!!
I went to this location on December 29^th 2015. I requested to get a trailer to drive across country. They charged me for the u-​haul, than told me I had no wiring for the lights to work. I was super excited they could wire it there for me while I waited. I expressed that i am a full-​time college student who works over full time as well so to please verify it works correctly before i take off on my own. I ended up having to stop at multiple u hauls because of the wiring job they did, kept blowing fuses. I had to drive across country with no lights in crazy winter weather. I called Michelle (The manger of this location) to explain the situation. I explained that the U haul places i stopped told me it was the wiring done poorly, and it will constantly blow the fuses. Michelle was beyond rude, disrespectful and straight up mean to me. «Regardless, I am not going to allow your refund!» she shouted, used foul language before hanging up on me multiple times. I remained calm and polite while her professionalism went right out her business front door. She put my whole family at risk and is continuing to treat me like crap.
Please protect your family, your time and your money from this manager and her location.

Rented a truck from them awhile back, stopped at my storage unit 5 minutes away to get a couple things. Truck would not start, I called them 45 minutes after I had left their light, they refused to send someone to jump and had to wait about 2.5 hours for tow truck service. I was less then 2 miles from where I rented it. The lights and everything was off was mid-​day. Finished my day and returned the truck with ¾ tank of gas, told them based on the quality and maintenance level of their equipment I was uncomfortable trying to add fuel, and would not pay for missing gas due to their lack of customer service and vehicle maintenance.
