Found this little place by chance. The food was amazing! Vey fresh and unique! The wait staff were friendly and prompt. They had a vast menu and I would like to try everything on it. Very reasonably priced to boot! :)

Soooo the Wife and I did NOT want to go to a Mexican restaurant when visiting KY(from AZ). We can get Mexican whenever we want… but after driving around town and seeing nothing else as busy as Garcia’s we figured we had to try it. We are glad we did! This place puts most other Mexican restaurants to shame. The bar is loaded — they have more tequila brands than most other Mexican restaurants I have been to — and this is in a moist county in KY! I am not a tequila guy but I know a lot of people are. The menu is solid and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. It isn’t cheap but is very reasonable. I got the steak fajitas — and they were tender and a lot of meat with it — most places give you a lot of veggies and little meat but not this place. The Wife got the chimichanga’s and loved them as well. The service at the table was average. The bartender(think he was the owner) was friendly and quick. We left very satisfied and were happy we went.

The Quesadillas Garcia were to die for… In fact, everything was delicious. We even took home an extra order of guacamole. Excellent service and great food — what more can you ask!!!

Food is spectacular. Service is so so. The biggest issue and reason I’m giving it two stars is their lousy seating method. They don’t really have one. They’re disorganized. The head lady acts like she doesn’t know who’s next. We often get passed over to be seated behind people that show up after us. It’s especially bad when they’re busy. All they need to do is improve their seating system by taking down names and going in order. If they’d fix this, I’d give them five stars. Definitely worth eating there because the food is good. Just expect to be frustrated while waiting to be seated.

I wanted to love this place. The chips/salsa was sooo good and the wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The food had a nice LOOK to it. Crab cakes for appetizers– they were totally flat, like a really wide, flat chicken patty from a school cafeteria. The breading on the outside was completely burned. This was the first BAD crab cake I’ve ever had. Their enchiladas weren’t good, neither were the tacos, and I really didn’t enjoy their rice and beans. Pros: Chips/salsa, friendly wait staff, nice atmosphere, decent parking lot. Cons: Appetizers and entrees.

This was a delightful Mexican restaurant, that we happened upon while passing through Glasgow. The food was excellent with true Mexican flare and flavors. The service was wonderful(Thank you Gary). It was a real surprise to find this gem, surrounded by a flood of fast food«joints» and few REAL food choices. LOVEDIT!

Excellent meal. Fast service curteous staff. The chicken fajita and the white cheese dip were very good. My regular Margarita was strong and tasty. Overall a great deal for the food and service. Small parking lot but lots of seating.

Thank you for a great meal after a long day! Our waitress, Maria, was so sweet to us. And the food was excellent. Salsa was fresh, chips were warm, guacamole was tasty. They also have a kids menu, chicken fingers, etc.

Garcia’s is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in the area, and one of the overall best restaurants in town. My family and I love Garcia’s and are frequent patrons. The chips and salsa brought to the table are made fresh daily and all meals are deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients(my favorite is the chicken taco loco). The staff and owners are all very friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere, great food, and well priced!

Ate lunch here today. They were super busy and didn’t seem to have enough staff. Waited forever to be seated but finally got there. Salsa was ok, but not too exciting. Not sure if the chips were homemade or not. I had the burrito con carne with shredded beef and had them do the cheese sauce instead of chili sauce. It was pretty tasty. Not sure on cost as another member of my party paid. Overall a decent lunch experience.

Passing through for the night on our way to Atlanta. Myself and two toddlers. The scene is set for disaster. After wearing the kids out at dinosaur world we check into our hotel. I pulled up Unilocal and this place is rated number one. So I figured I would ask the guy at the front desk. I no sooner get the words Garcia’s… That’s it. That is all I had to say. The guy was drooling as he handed me a sheet of directions. So we jumped in the car and drove over. Every single person working in this place is amazing. All smiles, high fives for the kids and perfectly attentive service. Bonus the food is delicious and priced really well. My 18 month old had the kids chicken quesadilla and destroyed it. He devoured every scrap of rice and beans and most of the quesadilla. My 3 year old and I shared the skirt steak nachos. They were delicious and the portion is huge! Find yourself in this neck of the woods? Don’t hesitate head to Garcia’s Grill.

Tacos El Pastor. All I have to say is incredible! The plate was hot and the food was steaming hot and the taste of was out of this world. Professional staff and beautifully fashioned décor. Amazing. I can’t wait to go back again when visiting on business.

The food was so good my husband and I shared our dishes. Jalicience platter with shrimp and Mexican sausage was fantastic. Quesadilla Garcia’s was wonderful. Excellent service. Prices are very reasonable.

Good food. Quick service. Had the«double fajitas» with steak and chicken. Usually don’t like steak fajitas. These were very good!

I went to Garcia’s with a family group. Had a couple drinks and ordered flautas. My entrée was great, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I’m from the Glasgow area, and those who live here RAVE that it is the best Mexican food in the town. Tonight I heard the words«best margarita», «best fish tacos», and the ever-all-inclusive«best Mexican restaurant» from more than one fellow patron. All in all, the service was great, the food was good, and the second and third drinks were strong.(The first drink… Not so much.) I enjoyed my night, but it’s hard to know how much of that was the restaurant and how much of that was loving being in my hometown. I’ll go back… No preguntas allí. Lo recomiendo.

Mmmmmmmmm, delicioso!!! I’m always surprised by the GREAT Mexican food you can find these days, even semi-¾ in the middle of nowhere! Took a looooooong road trip to see a(Mexican) friend, and we stopped here for dinner. Cozy spot, quick service, EXCELLENT/super fresh salsa, GREAT margaritas, what more can you ask for?!? I had chile relleno w/chicken, which came with perfectly cooked veggie mix, black beans and rice, and my friend ordered the carne asada, which the waitress recommended, although it wasn’t shown on the menu(pays to speak a 2nd language, si o no?!?) Not sure I’ll make it back to this neck of the woods any time soon, but great find!

Great Mexican food for anyplace in America; especially here in Glasgow. I ordered the Tilapia dish, which I found myself licking the plate clean and wanting more. My mom and stepdad ordered the fish tacos and that’s their favorite dish. Order a margarita with that and its a done deal!
