A short while back I made an appointment at Auto Magic to have my car detailed. I showed up at the appointed time and was ushered into the waiting room. From the waiting room I could see my car parked in the lot — 15 minutes rolls around, then 30, then 45 and my car is still in the parking lot. I went to the front counter and told the service tech that my appointment was 45 minutes ago and my car hasn’t moved — what gives. After giving a totally blank look he mumbled «oh yeah, we’re running behind.» I nodded and walked out the door. Were this not bad enough, while sitting in the waiting room I was treated to 45 minutes of booming, hardcore rap music coming from the shop.
Long story short, avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve had two items installed on my new Nissan by Auto Magic during the past week. Everything was done perfectly, quickly and for a price that was cheaper than the competition.
The team is friendly, personable and willing to take the time to answer questions. My experience was great, I’ll go there again.

Our tech Dave did an outstanding job of detailing my RAV4. I often think it is a lot of money to have your car detailed, but I am convinced that it immediately adds to the value of your car and I love the compliments my wife, kids and friends gave me when they saw how nice it looks. Definitely check these guys out !
