Beach House Tanning

I think this is one of the best places, personally, to go tanning. They have so many beds that I can walk right in. I’ve never had to wait. It is very clean and the girls at the desk are always friendly. Everytime I go, I’ve seen someone walking in and out of empty rooms cleaning. I don’t really know if it’s expensive or not, but I’m willing to pay the package prices for zero wait time, cleanliness, and friendly staff!

Yes I know tanning is «bad for you» but I have been going here before I go on vacation so that I can actually enjoy my time in the sun without being burned to a lobster-​red and then spending my vacation being miserable.
I haven’t been tanning any place else in Glastonbury so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but Beach House Tanning really is a great place to go.
I have heard that they are «pricey» but the people that work there are very nice and the place is spotless. Every time a client leaves I have seen one of the employees go clean out the bed or booth before the next person goes in. Everything is spotless there — even the floors in the dead of winter when slush & salt are everywhere.
The location is very good, located next to Panera right off Main Street and there is plenty of parking available. They sell tanning lotions and eye protection and little stickers of different shapes that you can put on yourself to see how your tan is coming along (I guess that’s what they’re for anyway).
They have many different types of beds available to choose from. They offer the traditional bed you lay down in that has different strength bulbs in each of them, stand up booths that are «turbo» strength, and for those looking for a spray tan they offer that too.
After going here I don’t think I’d even bother looking around for a lower priced place since I feel like I can trust this place to be clean, which is paramount for this type of business. Who needs some funky skin disease when you’re trying to get a tan? No thanks — pay the extra and be safe!
