We were a client for more than a decade but in the last few years decided to funnel ad funds elsewhere beyond directory listings. More often than not and especially in the end(as our spend dwindled), we didn’t get the attention we deserved in a timely manner from our account representative Lisa, as being in customer service I appreciate a response in 24 hours or less even if it’s just to say you received my email. The best part of their service in my opinion was their reviewing invoices to tell us if they were legitimate or not. Management called me months after they saw my review and I see their point that if you are having issues you need to escalate and tell them you are unhappy, so this review has been modified for what it’s worth to their current and future potential clients.
