If you are looking for a comprehensive selection of new apparel and need to find the very top of the line boots, this is the place. With two kids playing club soccer, I appreciate being able to go to one place and know they have it in stock. They do have storewide sales just prior to the season and around Christmas, so I can afford to buy everything local. I was treated great once upon returning a couple of shoes purchased on sale. I was able to buy all the extra socks/​shorts/​compression stuff for the past two seasons without having to make a special trip to the mall.
Friendly Note: If you are ordering club team uniforms — go try it on in person BEFORE you order — every retailer in CT has the same no returns/​exchange policy on uniforms. (Nike and Adidas apparel differ in sizing)

called a week before asking them if an item as in stock since they’re too cheap to offer free shipping. The village idiot said yes it was. Paid for shipping but was told delegates days before Christmas it’s back ordered and they won’t be even offering me free shipping
They’re all slow or stoned on the phone. Shop elsewhere

I bought two uniforms for my daughter and they were to big so I attempted. To exchange shorts and socks. I could see them not taking back the special order item (2 team shirts) however you could tell they had no intention of anything that resembled customer service from the get go. They said they didn’t take anything back (even black shorts and socks). I make a living in sales and these guy provide the worst service I’ve ever received. I can’t believe two people gave them a 5 star rating (must be family)

This is store is MUCH nicer than the FSA location. The FSA location is inside of FSA while the Glastonbury location is inside of a small shopping complex with a lot more things to do around it. The actual store itself is nice and new. I will be shopping at the Glastonbury location from now on.
