The guy here was so incredibly rude and disgusting — I had to send a fax and he kept being incompetent. He first couldn’t use the fax and then sent it to the wrong number. When I said as nicely as I could that I was in a hurry he said with a sneer, «we all have places to be. I’m working and I’m in a hurry.» I haven’t seen this amount of gross incompetence and vile customer service in a long time. I’ll never come back and will be taking all of my business elsewhere. This isn’t how you treat customers and run a business. I would give negative stars if I could. The armpit of Glastonbury.

Maybe it’s because I live in a smaller town now, but every time I leave this UPS store, I am always in a better mood than when I entered it. The people here are super helpful and are willing to brainstorm ways to ship your items quickly and cheaply. I appreciate the help and service!

The older gentleman who helped me was SONICE! This UPS store was very close to the highway and had a parking lot(yay!) and also had an AMAZING coffee shop sharing the same parking lot(Down to Earth!) — so win win! Love using UPS, and ground shipping that lets me ship while on the road to clients all over the Northeast within a day or two!

When I lived in Middletown, I visited the Cromwell UPS Store all the time. I got spoiled by the customer serivce and generally genial attitude of staff there. I am not saying that staff here are bad(because they are not at all!), but it just doesn’t feel as welcoming. I can’t explain it well, but in a nutshell, I feel like I am bothering the staff when I go in. My attempts at small talk usually turn into awkward silences. The store is dark, narrow and feels cave-like, which doesn’t help things. Prices are typical for UPS, you can also ship USPS out of here too. USPS is usually a much cheaper option.
