First time bringing the kids to Circus Playhouse! Was definitely a good time for the kids. Very huge play yard. Not busy and overcrowded with kids. So no worries of them getting hurt.

The facility is nice but the customer service is HORRIBLE! I had my son’s birthday party there and the old lady at front desk made my friend sign in her 7 month old son for the party which meant we had to pay for him. At $ 26 per kid I was not willing to pay for a baby who not be playing. She rushed us to pay and I didn’t realize I paid for the baby. When I did I asked her for a refund she told me there were no refunds and she snatched the sign up sheet out of my hand and tried to rip it up. I asked her for the manager and of course she said she was the manager. I asked her for whoever was her manager’s phone number and told me he can’t be reached on the weekend and they don’t give his number. My son really loves this place but needless to say I will not be going back and I do not recommend that any else go there either if this is how they treat their customers.

This place is a complete nightmare. I had my daughter’s birthday party there and they completely ruined her party! The place is dirty and the food is awful! The manager was obviously high and couldn’t care less about our terrible experience. So avoid this place like the plague, unless you want to waste your money at an establishment that does not care about their customers, has absolutely no regard for the safety of your child, has broken down equipment, and you want to wait over an hour for microwaved food. I am so disgusted with this business it is ridiculous.

Circus Playhouse is something every mall should have. It is a stitched-together hodge-podge of bounce houses, activity zones, and other fun activities for children to play with, at a reasonable price, and without the emphasis on character branding and ‘slot machine’ type of entertainment which just steals kid’s pennies like Chuck-E-Cheese or Monkey Joe’s. We obtained a Groupon which allowed us to get our children in for $ 7 a piece(we being my guy and his son, and me and my daughter, and we’re not married, so we went in individually) Two glaring issues on the day we arrived were under-staffing, and an unattended door. The street-side door is where entry is expected, and had a desk and a woman at it. However, we came in through the back door which had no one standing near it, could not be seen from the front desk’s line of sight, and led directly into the mall. I felt like that was a bit of a security issue because a child could technically just walk out of the door and be free to roam the mall and potentially even leave the mall, but even more so it provided no checks to people entering to potentially do insidious activities. While it is absolutely my job to watch my child, it is not my job to guard the door and size up every person that enters. As for the under-staffing, there was a trampoline which was out-of-order, and several children took their turns getting on it anyway and jumping on it. My guy’s son did a pretty good job of reading the sign to the other kids and letting them know it was broken and they weren’t suppose to get on it, though. Haha. The laser tag area was unattended for the most part and had no signs indicating the price or time limit inside. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience and the children had fun. One of their favorite things to do was to get into the ‘trunk’ of what was actually a toddler’s car bed and hide. Which, while odd to see an old toddler’s bed as a toy like that, it provided them with a surprising amount of entertainment.
