Elaine’s House Cleaning

Started off strong, Finished weak.
They maids defiantly got here quick but I kept having to point out spots they were missing and after they left I ended up dirtying up about 4 more rags just dusting. One maid used a dirty swiffer duster that was full and just kicked more dust into the air. I don’t believe they used any cleaning agents on the floors and they didn’t mop any of the bathrooms even after I asked them several times. They didn’t use any degreasing chemicals in the kitchen and left a lot of ledges filthy dirty.
When I called to tell their office to talk to a manager there was no answer.
I’m giving 2 stars because they got here quickly and the house is in slightly better shape but not 100% clean.

Update — After further review in the morning I’ve decided to downgrade this service to 1 star because of the amount of dust I found in obvious places. These ladies did a sub-​par job and are not worth the money I was charged.

Awesome! We were moving and doing the last minute panicking and called them at the last minute. Carolyn had a team arrive on a moment’s notice and the ladies were just terrific!!! They did an outstanding job we were so happy with everything!!!
