While they do have a great selection on gear and used clubs, their customer service is horrible! Every time I go into the store I have to hunt someone down for help. I recently went in for club fitting. The guy I asked was stocking items and referred me to someone else. The other guy acted like I was bothering him. I swung the club 3 times and he said I was done with my fitting. He never let me try different drivers. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me!

Great selection of golf items. Bags to Balls to Clothing. This is a store that you would find in Florida for the golf fanatics. This is the only golf superstore I know of in the Richmond area. The staff is knowledgeable and good at assisting customers. The one drawback is the parking situation. It’s a small parking lot shared with REI and Homegoods!
