We cannot give enough praise to Jennifer Hallock for the professional, patient, knowledgable and loyal representation she afforded us in our year long hunt for a home in Midlothian, VA. We flew from California to VA a number of times this year with long lists of homes to view. She was always ready for us or scheduled her equally wonderful broker, David Nicholson, to efficiently cover all properties we were interested in.
Jennifer also went well beyond the call of duty during the closing process scheduling and appearing at the property to obtain various repair estimates after inspection and negotiating property price. She was also with us on our closing day and had a beautiful gift for us.
