These guys were highly professional, careful, they listened well, and they were prompt. The charge was reasonable to replace our pump, and they went the extra mile to diagnose other issues we had (water pressure) and fix them at no extra charge or make recommendations for future work (well casing leakage from a bad original install). I highly recommend them.

I will hopefully never have to call anyone else. Matthews is fast, professional, fair, courteous, and knowledgeable. John was wonderful at diagnosing and explaining the problem and fixed everything in just a few hours. The prices were definitely fair. Everyone we talked to at Matthews was very nice and professional. The service was outstanding! I would highly recommend them!
