My drink was great but when I greeted the cashier he didn’t say hi back he just stared. He seemed like I was wasting his time and he was slightly rude. Also there was a strange man in the store that walked around touching everything and looking at people. I’m not sure what he has to deal with or is going through and I didn’t feel unsafe but it was just a little strange.

9am and waited 10 minutes to find out no decaf. No milk or cream on the table, which was filthy. Garbage a overflowing. Go to another shop for coffee. Terrible experience for a Starbucks.

After trying to do things the nice way and notify Starbucks directly about how disgustingly the bathrooms are maintained at almost all stores in RVA… seeing 7 weeks after complaining they’ve obviously done nothing about it; I figure shaming them on social media might result in them giving a crap about their customers enough to get their slack-ass employees to clean the place. I’m making it my personal mission to shame Starbucks into getting their employees to clean the restrooms and dump he trash at the coffee bars before they are overflowing. All the pictures I took this AM were taken @6:30AM. There were 4 employees and no customers in the store… Until about 7:05. The Innsbrook & Fan locations are the absolute worst. And while I understand sometimes it’s busy, the filth and lack of caring I’m referring to is the kind of dirty that takes weeks and months to accumulate. Please share your own photos of these dirty places to see if we can get Starbucks to provide us a clean place to park our asses and wash our hands!

Second time I have done the order ahead from the app at this location. Ordered ten mins ahead both times and it hasn’t been ready when I arrived. This morning they hadn’t began to make my order until I had been waiting in the store for five mins. At other locations I’ve ordered around ten ahead and I’ve never needed to wait. Very slow service at this location and they had four employees working on Saturday morning around 8am. Needless to say they weren’t busy

Only thing holding this place back is service, and that is hit or miss. Good coffee drinks and standard Starbucks food aside, I’ve just started to avoid the place due to the service. If the line is back to the door, I tend to just turn around anymore because I’ve learned you’re in for 15 minutes. I can appreciate the Starbucks way of them being friendly and chatting up the normal clientele, but more often I’ve seen this causing it’s share of delays. For me, 99% of my visits to Starbucks are not when I have a ton of free time. So sticking to the coffee business and passing up the singing announcement of everyone’s drink would be a plus.

Came to this Starbucks on a Sat morning. There were about 5 people in the store. The other Unilocalers were right! Service is slow. It seems like the cashier was more concerned with chatting with the regulars than getting the drinks done. Not cool as it can alienate future regulars. I think next time I will go to another Starbucks.

Employees work very hard & are extremely friendly. Even when there is only one barista they always put a lot of effort into making the drinks & they always come out great!
