I can’t say enough about this Verizon store. The level of customized service you get when shopping here is out of this world. I decided one day «Hey why not give this Verizon store a try» in passing. And I’m glad I did. Within 20 minutes talking with a service rep I was hooked. I now go out of my way to go to this store even when there’s a few closer to me.
My last visit here I went to get my iPhone upgraded. While I was talking to a manager and a rep about my job in the tech industry they thought I should give the Samsung S6 Edge a try; they said people in my industry love what the phone provides over the iPhone. I’ve had an iPhone since my second phone! Crazy I let them talk me into it, but they assured I’d love it and would make it right if I didn’t. Well I didn’t like it… I loved it. The phone does everything for me that I could never get out of an iPhone. The reps that work here know their stuff. If you want to talk with people who know phones, go here. Seriously.

Great service and staff! This store is so much better than any regular Verizon store around. This is located in Harundale Plaza next to Burlington Coat Factory. The staff seems actually interested in helping customers, unlike most Verizon stores. They also take the time to help set up your device, answer any questions and really listen to you. It’s rare to find this in any wireless location. Thank you A Wireless!
