First time visiting here with our almost 2 year old. I was definitely afraid how he would react to having all sorts of implements jammed into his mouth.
Waiting area– One for kids, one for adults. The kids room has a TV in it to keep them occupied. Immediately outside are 3 extremely old school arcade games (one was from 1987) on free play. Nice touch! The adult room had a nice magazine selection, much better than the adult dentist I visit.
Facilities– Everything appeared clean and in good order. I was a little worried about the model dentist chair with tools they have on display in the lobby with all the little ones running around. It seemed unnecessary, but not something to deduct a star over.
Staff– our hygenist was very patient and walked us slowly through every step of the way. She was able to do things in an efficient manner, which I know my son appreciated. Even when he resisted, she helped to smooth the situation over. Clearly it takes a certain type of person to do this type of work, and they have found the right people.
We’re definitely going back here for his future check up. I’ll update when that happens.

This was my son’s first dentist. I took him when he was 2 because he was grinding his teeth and I wanted to get it checked. They were so sweet and gentle with him, even after he puked his breakfast on everyone when we were trying to clean his teeth.
Great staff and nice location for the kiddos.

I’ve never actually met Dr. Lyons. I have been to his office many times for DS and DD’s dental needs. They are great with kids. The nurses are fantastic, so patient and gentle. They try their best not to scare the kids. The doctors are ok, not as nice and friendly but still nice.
They have an open area for dental work and they also have some private rooms. The rooms all have themes. One is winne the pooh and one is sesame street, I dont know what the other is, never been in it. Regardless, it’s VERY kid friendly and they do a great job.
They will razz you if you give your kids juice, but that’s expected with any dentist, I suppose.
