I paid Mr. Toler $ 500 to repoint my front step where the mortar had chipped out between the bricks. He gave me a one year warranty, through 6÷11÷14. By Feb this year, I noticed the mortar was disintegrating in several places and got in touch. He had me text photos and said he would be out in a week or so. Never saw him but it was rainy so I waited about a month and got in touch again. Sent multiple emails, called several times, and texted with no response from him. Then I had my fiancé call from a different number and he answered, said text him some photos and he would be out. Texted the photos and address. Zero response, again. Tried messaging and calling and emailing again. Nothing. This guy does shoddy work and his warranty apparently doesn’t exist.
