Caliber Collision

I’m not sure if this is still Automotive Collision Technology or not? We just got our vehicle back from ACT. They do great work so they have quite a wait to get your vehicle fixed. With that, they persuaded us to send our vehicle to another location to be repaired which I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! It still took a month to get the vehicle back, so be ready for that. The vehicle was NOT fixed the first time around either, which was really frustrating. And even though Glen Burnie location persuaded us to use the other location and that they would honor the warranty by the other repair place, they wanted to ship my vehicle BACK to the other repair shop for another round of repairs. VERY frustrating. AND today, what do I get in the mail? A ticket for running a toll from EZ PASS. The icing on the freaking cake! No, I didn’t run a toll, YOU GUYS were trailering my vehicle and went through a toll and now I have to pay for it.
These are things you don’t think about in the heat of the moment when the insurance company wants to know where you want your vehicle towed. Trying to find a good place to take your vehicle is tough. My insurance company gave me 2 choices and both had HORRIBLE Unilocal reviews. ACT had excellent reviews and if I had used Glen Burnie ACT, I would have been 5 star happy. But I didn’t. And while the vehicle came back looking nearly perfect (I could see the front bumper was out of alignment just a smidge), it really did look beautiful and it is amazing what companies like this can do with a wrecked vehicle.

So I never leave reviews but I had to say something… You guys went above and beyond with my repair and I can’t thank you enough. The service from top to bottom was respectful, caring and honest. My repair took awhile simply because it’s never fast getting Land Rover parts but you guys always kept me in the loop. Let’s hope there aren’t more accidents in the future but if there is I’ll be right back. Thanks again!
