Dunkin’ Donuts

The cashiers are sometimes polite when I come in, but maybe due to the early hour, they have yet to wake up and smell that dunkin coffee. The staff needs to be trained and tested on whether or not the product they make is up to standards because it’s definitely questionable with every visit. A quick note –don’t bring down the mood of your customers by looking like someone just spit in your coffee, especially if you’re handing them some.

I just had a really dry tasteless cake doughnut at Dunkin. You would think they could get the cake doughnut down… The most basic of all doughnuts but in my mind it was a complete fail. I’m not expecting perfection but a national chain like Dunkin should at least get the basics right.
We also ordered an English muffin style breakfast sandwich meal which came out un toasted and pretty lifeless. I took a few bites and put it back in the wrapper. I did like the wrapper however, a nice little paper cone shaped triangle to help catch the crumbs when you are on the road.
The tiny bag of hash browns that came with the meal were also disappointing. They were soggy with grease and barely warm.
One other thing really bothered me… when I ordered a soda it came out in a bottle. I couldn’t believe they didn’t have fountain drinks! That alone was enough to keep me from coming back.
The funny thing is, my daughter ordered the cream cheese bagel and we all really liked it. I guess the next time I want a bagel I will stop by Dunkin!

I love the Hazelnut Coolatta and the donuts, of course! I stopped by this morning during rush hour and there was a long line of cars in the drive through but decided to wait it out. To my surprise the line went super fast and I had my order in minutes. The drawback is the language barrier with the staff. A few times I’ve had trouble understanding the staff but I’ve still always had great service.

I wish I could give negative stars. This location is a disgrace! The employees are rude, and ice coffee is so watered down it’s like drinking sink water with a dash of sugar. When we told the guy at the counter how watered down the coffee was, his response was nobody has complained and that the coffee is the same as every dunkin. We get coffee at the Hanover location all the time and it’s nothing like semi-​sweet murky sink water. 10 out 10 do not recommend this location!

Another bad experience this morning. Haven’t been there in months and for good reason. It’s confirmed the place is just not for me. Ordered the same meal I ordered from the Hanover location but charged more (Everything Bagel breakfast sandwich with a latte) My sandwiching was Luke warm and my latte is watery. If I didn’t have to stay here at work I would take it back to them.

This is my favorite place to go. I’m always in there everyday after work to keep me goin. The people know me and always quick with service
I have a bit of a sweet tooth so I always go with anything caramel. My «go to» drink is iced coffee plus with the 99 cent happy hour from 2 to 6 you can’t go wrong

My favorite DD location to get breakfast or a quick latte before work. The staff is always friendly and occasionally have free samples through the drive thru on new products they are testing (I’m assuming).

My favorite DD. Always friendly, fast, and accurate! I once went and they didn’t have a certain type of donut, so they made it for me! I’ve had coffee flavors suggested to me that turned out delicious too. :)

Kaffee is great and I can never pass on a Boston Crème! :-)

This DD is pretty decent. Everything always tastes fine, the only knock really is the service is up and down. Some days everyone is nice and helpful, some days they’re pushy and dismissive. But overall, better than some other ones I’ve been to. :)
I go here every morning before work. The drive-​thru line is usually pretty long, but aside from occasional sub-​par service, they’re pretty quick.

My favorite drive thru iced coffee caramel latte. Gusto!
